I'm always nervous buying cars since I have had bad experiences with pushy and deceptive sales reps. But I was thrilled to have a wonderful experience this week when I bought a car from Sound Ford. Natasha helped us initially as we looked at a couple used Ford Edges and test drove the one we were interested in. She was informative, helpful and NOT pushy. When we discovered the heated seats weren't working, she got her manager Bill involved. Bill not only got the seats fixed but had them again check out the whole car. It was finished when promised and the whole process, including the finance meeting was smooth and respectful. Payton gave us a thorough run through of the whole car before we left. She was knowledgable, pleasant and respectful. I have received 2 phone calls since we bought the car to see if we had any questions or issues. I am very impressed with Sound Ford!
