Took my vehicle in for some minor part replacement...

Took my vehicle in for some minor part replacement per due bill at the time of purchase. It took well over a month and me following up to get the service to return my calls. Finally I gave up waiting for a call back and I called Wolfgang the sales Representative that sold me the car and he was able to get me a call back from Louis. I scheduled a date (Friday 24 at 9:00AM) was told it would be a couple of hours. Friday at 5pm I get a message saying it would be Tuesday the 4th. On Tuesday no one called and no one returned my call. On Wednesday I was told it would be done at noon. I went there by 2pm only to wait another hour plus because the driver side seat belt was fully out and would not roll back.

Not the best service experience for me. No service recovery effort or apology for making me wait, not having the vehicle checked before i got there and keeping me waiting for an hour while the seat-belt was fixed.
