Currently staying at the hotel - when we first arrived our suitcase broke, and the hotel informed us we d be staying in a building that was adjacent to the main building - literally watched us struggle up the path with a lot of luggage and a broken suitcase... overpriced and fully booked facilities, even though we were originally told we wouldn t have to book the spa, it was full every single day of our 4 day trip. Extremely disappointing. Breakfast wasn t great as half the room service order was cold. Staff at the bar couldn t even provide a bag for goods purchased to take to the room so again, watched us struggle. Really disappointing service.

- edit - after speaking with Shannon in guest relations (who was lovely may I add!) she managed to get us into the spa on Sunday (when we were supposed to have checked out) & offered us a complimentary night stay. The bar staff and room service have also been lovely. Thank you ever so much for turning our stay around!
