I ask for a refund for my dental expenses and have told me that this is not possible because my contract will be terminated since 31/12/18. The big joke is that before doing my costs I had received a quote in February 2019 saying that everything was supported. Today it's been a month that I call but nothing makes I'm either directed to another service, or put on hold for 15min, or so I'm told "yes I'll pay his and I'll send you an email "except that the email never arrived. #problemeinterminable
