If I could write a review with zero stars I absolutely would. When you call a business and they're so rude that they do the most childish thing a person can and hang up the phone on you and expect that you are going to continue any line of communication with them, you should never let your ego get in the way of your professionalism and the respect you should show an individual who called your office after receiving a letter.
