I was looking for a BMW dealership to service my 2018 X6; upon scheduling my vehicle for servicing at Nick Alexander I was blessed beyond belief when I was assigned to service advisor Jeffery Manarang. From the moment he greeted me he was friendly, upbeat, extremely knowledgeable and eager to address my concerns. He patiently allowed me to describe my issues; his response was on point as he explained in detailed how my issues could and would be corrected.

When I showed him a couple of defects in my car that the dealership where I purchased my vehicle did not address Jeffery calmly said that he would make sure these issues would be fixed without an additional charge. All I could say was OMG. After Jeffery thoroughly inspected my vehicle he gave me a tour of the facility as he introduced me to other co-workers. I also had an opportunity to observe the owner Nick walk around interacting with his employees.

When I picked up my vehicle I immediately notice that everything that Jeffery promised me was taken care of and there were noticeable upgrade to other features to my car which I'm sure the other dealership failed to address. Now I believe the slogan "Nick can't say no."

Because of the outstanding and awesome treatment that I received from Jeffery I am now a proud customer and will return for future servicing of my vehicle. I will also refer my family and friends to Nick Alexander. Jeffery you are awesome and on a definite path for a well deserved promotion! Thank you.
