Update: Rachel reached out to inquire about what went wrong with my initial experience and offered to fix my color free of charge. Kayla did a superb job and the color is on point of what I wanted from the start, very beautiful. Thank you to Ra Salon for making things right!

This was my first experience getting my hair done in College Station, so I guess I set my expectations low to begin with. While the environment was great, the workers are very friendly, and my hair dresser was sweet as a peach, I asked for a light natural red/ginger color (and I provided a picture) and the only thing red by the end of it was my roots. Otherwise, it s basically brown with red roots. So I was a little disappointed by that since I wanted to go permanent with the red. It still looks nice but wasn t at all what I asked for. Really didn t want to go through the through the trouble of having it corrected cause I have a busy schedule, so it is what it is.
