My family and I have been shocked at how UCSF does not respond to calls. This past week we have made 9 calls to the glaucoma clinic and we have either waited 20 minutes to 40

UCSF has a very poor communication system

Wait time s another HUGE problem! On more than three occasions I have had to wait over an hour to see a doctor.

I would not recommend anyone to UCSF
