Geoff Smith took care of my tire damaged from driving over potholes and also took care of my scheduled maintenance service all free of charge. My only complaint is that I was told it would take an hour but it took 2.5 hours. If they would only say that initially I wouldn't have the expectation that it would only be an hour.
