If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Their service department is rediculous. My car broke down, I had to get a boost on my battery to get the car to their shop and because I didnt have an appointment I couldn t get a loaner car to get to work. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible and they honestly just don t care.
Last time my AMG was in their shop it was there for three months! They kept changing service techs, forgetting my car, ordering parts - yeah let that sink in - three months! I will never service my car there nor buy another car there again.
