Purchased a DVD player and remote start for 2 of my vehicles. DVD player stopped working a year later. Called multiple times and left messages and no one ever called me back. Now I am stuck with a ugly, bulky DVD player that doesn t work in my car. Initial service was fine but don t expect any help when the product doesn t work.
