Our friends had gifted us a room night as a wedding gift. We had a great time and really enjoyed the resort however since our voucher/ gift was prepaid and was nearing its 1 year expiration, the staff, at the time of booking, made it very difficult for us to get the night we wanted. They denied 4 to 5 dates that we had requested until we finally picked a date that was over a month away. They also put us in an economy room that was neither pool facing nor had an ocean view. It didn't stop us from having a great time though as we spent most of our time in the sun and sand and the beach bar was awesome!!
