I ve been a Bel Red customer for about 20 years. That says a lot in itself. They just replaced a water heater that had developed a leak. After the leak was noticed (drip tray was full) they came out the next day and quickly found the problem and gave me the bad news. They ordered a replacement and Jeff and John of Bel Red installed the new one within a week. My water heater is in the basement, so work is done inside. They were friendly, careful to watch out for a pair of supervisors (indoor cats) that wanted to be annoyingly underfoot, and they left no trace of their work. Great job all around.
