My hubby and I adopted our furry baby from RMFR over five years ago, and even though we live in Loveland, we still make time to come visit whenever we can. Over 100 kitties roam free in this place, and we always stay for a few hours socializing them and getting a soul refresher. This facility is well-managed, clean, and fun for the kitties, and you can tell the staff are really passionate about what they do. Many things in the shelter are done through volunteer work, and being a volunteer is a BLAST! The facility has a large backyard for the cats to romp in, and there is a separate area for shy cats that are having a hard time adjusting to shelter life, as well as a special place, John's Room, for kitties with illnesses like FIV, and both of these have a separate outside area, too. I cannot say enough about all the good this place does - thank you for being a wonderful cat haven that makes a difference in hundreds of lives every year!
