Big problem with people taking beds for all day and not using them ,NOT GOOD ,staff friendly , don't know why our room was superior , also a kettle with tea coffee would be nice as we had a superior room ha ha ,this is my 5th time at your hotel ,next time i will do 5 star mr leitch and pat ingles
