Excellent care and facility, well staffed unlike most similar facilities. Take great care of the patients in rehab and nursing home. Does not look "institutional" like some many of these places. Facility is spotless and we'll well maintained.

This is by far, the best rehab and nursing home facility I have seen in Florida, certainly number one in Jacksonville.
