We were traveling to Rochester from Illinois and had engine problems with our Accord. Steve was amazing and took great care of us. They even took the car on a long test drive so they could feel comfortable putting us back on the road for the 6 hour drive home. We had to have some additional adjustments made to the engine when we got home and Steve worked with our home dealership and covered all additional expenses. Their service waiting area was very comfortable and the variety of free snacks and drinks was fantastic! Steve even encouraged us to take some for our car trip home!
