I can't even get past the girl who schedules the service appointments here. She is difficult to understand because she has a ridiculously thick accent and mumbles all the time. She seemed unsure of how to look my service file up by last name when I couldn't remember the old phone number the record might be under. Finally, she got it right.

Then, she started asking about the previous owner of my car as if I should know who owned my car previously. I told her I needed warranty work completed and she asked if it was for a split sun visor. No, it's for a blown shock absorber. Then, she asked if I got a letter in the mail about it. No, it's leaking and not doing it's job.

She then put me on hold for five minutes. I hung up and called back... four times. I got the answering machine each time. I understand that they must be busy, but calling over a 5 minute period of time should yield SOME sort of result other than an answering machine, right? Unfortunately, she answered the phone again. I told her I just called 10 minutes ago about getting service on my Honda Civic and she put me on hold for 5 minutes, so I called her back. She said she couldn't remember what I was talking about, so at that point I was very frustrated and asked if I could speak with someone else. She said no and informed me that she is the one who schedules the service appointments. I asked again, "There is absolutely no one else I can speak with?" She again told me no.

So I politely asked that she inform her manager that Sam Swope has lost all of my future business. This girl either needs some training or a replacement. I'm going down to Bob Montgomery for my warranty work I guess.
