I was referred to DMEI from Dr Bogie who btw is an outstanding doctor. I have a cornea ulser and anybody that knows or experienced it knows how severe the pain is. I was told by Dr Riaz and his associate it can be the most extreem pain you can ever got thru. With that being said. I was in so much pain and asked for pain pills. Dr Riaz said he could not prescribe me pain pills. I don't get it. He is taking about me needing a cornea transplant. But if a doctor can do surgery on you but can't prescribe you pain meds. Then something don't feel right about it. I think I'm gonna ask for a different specialist. Because I'm still in excruciating pain. And I don't think they even care.
