Terrible, disorganized and dirty.
I planned my 13 year olds birthday here, she was so excited and looked forward to it for weeks. When we got there, the party wasn t ready, nor was it ready until 40 minutes after the start time, no we were not given extra/extended time, we just got our time cut, paid full price.
My daughter was sad and embarrassed. I had a pack of hyper, starving kids wondering what was happening. The server was swamped, she wasn t able to bring condiments for the food, refills, or boxes. The party cramped next to us gave us their extras. I wrote to management asking for a refund (partial or full)they have ignored me for 3 weeks. The bathroom was a horror show-disgusting, the party areas were never cleared, tons gross food on the floor. Expensive for what it is. Go to a small business who cares about the service and experience.
