I ordered a Pol Roger Brut Rose 2009 online for a delivery. They charge to deliver to my town, so I changed the delivery address to my friend's house in Fort Lee. When I picked up, a wrong bottle was delivered, 2012 Pol Roger Champagne. I called and they apologized for the mistake and they would redeliver the correct one and pick up the other. As I said, the champagne was with me not in Fort Lee. So I went to exchange myself during my daytime work hours. The store only opens 10am-6pm. I understand people make mistakes and I was little upset but not crazy mad. Then, when I went to exchange, there were 2 young men in the store but one guy just tossed me the correct bottle without saying a word. No apologies, no a word of thank you, nothing. What a customer service! Even if you're on the phone with another customer, you couldn't say a word to the customer who came all the way to the store? I wasn't expecting anything but a word of sorry. This store may carry one of the nicest selection of wines but not the best customer service.
