Very strict for adoption. My SO was more than able to take care of his lil kitty, but they made him come back again and again because they kept having the cat get sick (they put the cat with another sick cat!)'. Luckily, he waited for the kitty (Clara) to be healthy to adopt her, and he did. But the people in the office were so incredibly petty, it was as if they didn't want him to adopt her. They were disgusting towards us, and very nasty. They made a proud, happy owner wait weeks to take care of their cat, for no reason besides that he lived on an apartment grounds where cats are allowed.
