Ordered two portions of Apple Crumble off of Ubere...

Ordered two portions of Apple Crumble off of Ubereats from the Caramel Tart Company only to find that the apple crumble was not cooked at all! Flour is near enough fresh from the packet sitting on top of the apple base. When reporting it to company we was told by the manager it is not a concern because it is not a high risk. All while she is screaming down the phone at me, calling herself professional then hangs up the phone and accidentally calls us off of her personal number and is discussing us with the team! Disgusting behaviour. Since they didn t want to give me an email address to send in a photo I guess I will post it here for EVERYONE to see!

Honestly not over the appalling service that followed the poor excuse of undercooked apple crumbles! The first thing the manager had said to me was I know you I had you before....NO! Could it be possible that your standards of food is unacceptable and possibly me and other previous customers have had the same issue, that you have not managed to fix? Horrible manager!
