Staff was friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. I had the deal pre approved before I got there and it took like 2 hrs for the whole process of buying my car which is a world record in my eyes. Michael Polak was the sales person that helped me. He was a great guy to work with and even explained all of the cars features with my wife for like an hour. Great showroom as well. By far the biggest I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend going to them for the purchase of your next BMW.
