Worst customer service. Sayra Luna doesn't return phone calls, nor does she reimburse rental car claims from an accident caused by one of HER insured drivers. TERRIBLE. Do not get insurance from this company. If they treated me this badly, I can't imagine how they treat their own insured drivers.
