The parking meters suck. If you don't have coins, you're SOL. Also, 10 cent fine for returning item "late" - i returned it on its due date, straight after work since work in Appleton but live 30 min away, at 6:45 pm but apparently that counts for nothing. Overall sub-par experiences with this library compared to others. I will not be coming back to this branch.
