I had an issue with an instrument I purchased off Reverb, and while I wasn't able to contact them through their Reverb profile, they did have links to follow to their actual shop.

I contacted them directly and they resolved all my issues. Spoke to one of the co-owners, Tommy Roberts, he was extremely nice and understanding even when I was not. I think this says more about them than if I didn't have any issues at all, and makes me confident that I can buy from them again. When a problem arose they understood immediately, were appalled that this sort of thing could happen in their shop, and fixed it the same morning. That's the kind of thing you want in your local music store. You want someone to treat you like a friend, and to treat your instruments like they treat their own.
