It occurred to me that the main reason they don't update their automatic bill pay system is because it's a revenue source for them. They need to be sued for predatory business practices. They know it's almost impossible to navigate without calling in and jumping through hoops to set it up. And they can subsequently charge late fees when it doesn't work properly.
