I had an operation in February and went yesterday to make me a review which sent me the doctor. When I get downstairs reception (I had to go there because my doctor was sick), I served a lady of very bad manners, insinuating that I have to pay for the consultation, which was not true. I have not had any complaints all the times I've gone, but the manners of the blonde lady at reception left much to be desired. Otherwise everything was perfect.
