I would not recommend Northside realty based off my experience with their realtor Sam Calvert and his broker Nick Nicolaysen. Sam Calvert was rude, condescending, aggressive, and completely unprofessional for months. I finally fired him after he sent threatening text messages to me for 2 hours from 9:44-11:47 on a Saturday night furious that I was unavailable to see a home on his schedule. He made inappropriate demands for access to my financial information several times. In the text messages he told me I was "bullshit", a "liar", inferred I was unable to afford the home, and said I was a bad daughter. Along with the termination agreement and explanation as to why I was firing him I also sent screen shots of all the 29 aggressive text messages to his broker Mr. Nicolaysen who took a few days to respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
