The worst chain hotel.heater would not work desk clerk called the manger he ask who i was booked thru she said third party they did not have a room to move me too although there were still people checking in later he told her to tell me to call third party ijand get my money back trouble is as i explained to her i can't drive at night so they moved me down to a room where the toilet run ove and soaked carpet no comp a good mgr would have gotten on the phone and talked to me the least they should have done is comp my room will be calling trip advisor and the owner and corporate tomorow
