Service Department is awesome!
Saturday, August 30th, (Saturday before Labor Day Holiday) Bad fuel in my Silverado 2500 with the Duramax diesel engine.
I called Service Manager, Kevin Lutz, who said to have it towed in and if at all possible, we will get you back on the road this afternoon.
We arrived at the dealer around 2:30. Kevin, Service Advisor, Oscar Vasquez, and their mechanics went to work.
Oscar made arrangements to keep a couple of mechanics late and they finished the work about an hour after closing time. They truly went above and beyond.
Thanks to Kevin,Oscar,and the outstanding work of the service team, our weekend was saved!
