Having been admitted to remove a polyp in my bladder, and not having been a hospital patient in over 10 years, I was, at best, anxious & cautiously optimistic. The overall experience was spectacular. Each & every staff person i interacted with was not only very professional & competent, but warm, friendly, attentive and caring. How extraordinary. My actual surgery took only about 20 minutes and I experienced the same wonderfully human & humane qualities with the recovery team members. From start to finish, excellent!
