I was a regular customer and I used to recommend you, for repairs and to buy products, until in times of COVID I tried to get an appointment for a check of my pedals but it was impossible, the answers were always uncertain and with little will to help me, they said They did not know how long it would take, that I could leave the bike but it could take weeks, I felt a total lack of commitment or willingness to help me.
I fully understand that there is more demand in these times. I could wait, but the "Diva" attitude of the person on WhatsApp bothered me too much. It was impossible for me to leave my bicycle for an indeterminate time because it is my work tool, I visit many elderly people and that is my healthiest way of transporting myself. Finally, in another Cabra workshop they gave me an exact date for an appointment, I took it and in half a day my problem was solved.
Unfortunately for you who lost two clients.
