my Daughter, granddaughter and her three young children and I recently visited this zoo for a weekend family time.
The employee who sold us our tickets was very
Nonprofessional.
Obviously she had rather be somewhere besides at her station on this holiday.
If you are not local an explanation of the fact
That tickets are priced differently would be very helpful.
The zoo itself was a nice setting but we all did not appreciate the very rude behavior of this lady.
We did not even get a thank you.
She has very limited people skills.
