Super disappointed that among Venezuelans we have the treatment they gave me here.
On Friday morning I called to order a birthday cake that I was going to withdraw the next day (Saturday) cake I paid at the same time I ordered it. Unfortunately, that same Friday, hours later, they called me to tell me that the birthday boy's father had died, so I called Don Pan again so they wouldn't make me the cake and return my money. The girl who answered me on the call was very kind and told me that there was no problem that I could withdraw cash at any time and any day and that I was very sorry.
Yesterday I spent the night (6.30 pm) and a young girl told herself to call the person in charge of the afternoon told me that it was impossible to give me the money I had to go in the morning. I told him that he worked that it was impossible, that he please call the manager in the morning and still his decision was to tell me No No No and a thousand times He would not give me the money I had to go the next day in the morning.
What I don't understand is if I paid with a card because they didn't refund my money to the card. She tells me "that can't be done but I can't give you the money back either." You have to come in the morning.
It is really very inconsiderate of her even more knowing how our time is worth here in this city and receiving the treatment of something she could solve by having the invoice of my purchase in her hand. The girls in the morning treated me super super well and solved the problem without major problem. But really with that one in charge of the afternoon I felt a lot of disappointment and indignation.
