Had some recalls fixed due to my local dealership ...

Had some recalls fixed due to my local dealership not seeking to want the business. Only problem is when I was told car was done, I was never told one recall wasn't completed due to a part not being in stock (a day prior K called to make an appointment so they could order a part & it would be in??) ......and just received a call last week saying a part for my recalls in ?? I've been a service writer, I get it things happen, but now I have to drive an hour when I wasn't planning on it.. Other than that hiccup so far so
