My Mom spent 5 hellish weeks here. She was never clean and had a UTI the entire time because they refused to check her for one, despite my pleading. Now I am getting one bill after another for a haircut they would not even schedule until it was paid for. I refuse to pay for it twice!! I have spoken to the hairdresser, who agrees I paid it and the clerk to whom I gave the money. I also had a nurse, Bonnie, who seemed to do nothing but stand outside of my room but if I dare ask her even a general question, she screamed, "I'm not your nurse!"
