Konnect Pilates is definitely a 5-Star studio. Professional staff, with many years of experience and studio kept clean and neat.

I've been mainly taking group reformer classes and appreciate all the trainers, especially Kari and Chrissie, who are excellent. They continue to keep me challenged, know my limitations but are not afraid to push me to a higher level.

Amy, is the manager, private trainer and massage therapist. She is always willing to accommodate and answer all questions quickly in person or by phone. I've had her for a couple group sessions and find her to be very conscientious in making sure that I have the right form (movement). I always try to schedule her when she's available for group sessions.

Just recently, I have incorporated semi-privates with Viktor (one of the owners) and can't praise him enough. Very patient, all business and wonderful stretching techniques.

I have been to other studios in the past and by far, Konnect Pilates rates the highest in my estimation.
