I've been with this company for 5 years ... a month ago I changed my account number ... I find out now that an unpaid invoice has been left. I have been aware of this by a certified letter announcing the supply cut and my inclusion in a file of delinquents for the non-payment of said invoice ... it would not be better to call me by phone or notify me by email of said incident and fix the matter quickly. .. instead of going with threats and even cutting off my company's supply for an unpaid invoice? If you want a serious company that supplies your company, this is precisely not the right one ...
