No power in hotel so was moved to the Nopsi. Had...

No power in hotel so was moved to the Nopsi. Had to pay transport. Was forced to pay for Nopsi. Westin manager claimed he would refund. No refund yet. When moved back to Westin, again on my own dime, i spent three nights. Room is dated, probably nice for the '80s. No new towels or room service for my entire stay. Oh... And days later I get a $12 charge for the bottle of water that I drank.
