If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. Maybe the first dead giveaway was when I arrived and an irate customer was yelling at the service advisor to just get his keys back,so he could leave. I thought it was just a bad situation for that guy.

About an hour later another guy lit up the entire place screaming out of control and the manager had to remind him that he couldn't act that way in his store or he'd have to leave. Shame on me, but I'm always an optimist and not thinking I'm going to have a problem too.

I was told more than likely when I arrived at 8 am that it probably will be done by 10 but they would let me know. At 9 am my vehicle hadn't moved from where it was parked. After 11 I hadn't heard anything so I wanted to look to see if they were working on it. I didn't see it in the shop so then I found it in the parking lot.

I checked the hatch and it was working properly, so I assumed it was done. I went to the sales rep and he said he didn't have the paperwork yet. He talked to them and said they still had to bring it inside. They did approximately 45 minutes later so now it's noon and I was told it won't be much longer.

Still not seeing anyone else working on it I went to a manager and told him my story. The only difference was I didn't lose control. God has been working on granting me more patience. He said if they don't get back to me soon then he'll search me out.

Still nobody worked on it, but yet now it was out in front in the parking lot. I think they just wanted me out of there at this point. When they totaled the amount it was slightly over and at this point I just want to leave and paid the additional $11 or so that I was overcharged.

I will never go back there even if what they fixed breaks tomorrow I'll go somewhere else and have them fix it. I saved about $100 compared to the other dealer, but remember that saying. You get what you paid for and I would have gladly paid $100 more and got out at 10 am. My time is worth something and that place is chaos.

I guess I never expected a place run by HERB CHAMBERS to be a disaster. That place is and I hope the manager reads this and takes some action. I've had my vehicles serviced many times over the years and never had service as poor as that. Lastly, I'll say buyer beware and choose your service dealer wisely.

I don't normally write negative reviews, only positive or I don't write it. This was just so bad that I didn't want someone else going through it. Stay safe be well and vote, if you haven't already.
