Had an amazing experience getting my first car. Laurie initially helped me by asking what I was looking for over the phone then Roy took over as I came to the dealership and just made me comfortable. Didn't feel as if I was talking to a used car salesman, made me feel as if I was speaking to a trusted friend. Overall, the process was a fun one and there were a couple snags, but it was smoothed over. In the end, took home a great car and knew I was in great hands from beginning to end.
