Telephone payment didn't work as it has before. To...

Telephone payment didn't work as it has before. Told to find 'alternate' way to pay... How?
And no way to contact company.
Annoying as we don't mind paying (even though you can't pay for an hour, so have to pay more for longer when you are only there for 15 minutes) but then get this fine.
