Our buying experience at Sound Ford in Renton was outstanding. I was very impressed by the entire Sound Ford team there. They were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I located my car listed on the Sound Ford website and after exchanging a few phone calls with the professionals at Sound Ford, my family and I made the trek from Bremerton to Renton, about a 1 and 1/2 hour drive and met Johnny Helland. He welcomed us to Sound Ford and immediately introduced us to Alex Tachiyama who showed us the car in great detail, answering all our questions. Buying the car was the easiest part since the advertised internet price was exactly what we paid. My sincere gratitude is extended to Nabu Thomas who patiently walked us through the paperwork, he was extremely courteous and was able to ensure we had everything completed correctly and to our satisfaction. After our paperwork was completed we were greeted by James Adams. He was responsible for making sure our car was detailed and had a full tank of gas, an awesome task on such short notice. I also want you know how dedicated Marilyn Malnack has been. She is currently working to ensure everything about our car is perfect. I'm looking forward to getting to know more about my car and learning how all it's electronic gadgets actually work.
