My girlfriend and I recently purchased a very nice 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from this dealer. I want to take the time to praise the excellent customer service we received from Racine Honda. Nate Castillo was particularly pleasant to work with. He was very detailed about every step of the process and answered all my questions beyond satisfaction. he went above and beyond to deliver an awesome buying experience. I have to mention the General Manager Matt Douvikas, who was crucial to making this deal not just a possibility, but quite a pleasant experience. He was very helpful in finding the best financing solution for our situation and willing to work with us to come to terms we could all agree with. We received top notch customer service in one of the last places I expected it. My family has worked in the auto dealership industry for 20+ years and I am impressed with the way this dealership conducts business. To be honest, every team member I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would suggest this dealership specifically for anyone looking at a Honda or any of their used cars.
