EDIT: **Any company that only responds to positive reviews is sorely missing the mark when it comes to customer service!** I went there many years ago but the experience left me so uncomfortable. The front desk staff were very nice but the woman doing my mani/pedi made a pretty rude comment about how big my feet are (which is true, lol but come on that's not very professional!) which everyone around me heard. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager to inform them of my experience without naming the woman- just to let them know & hopefully address it with their staff- was told I would receive a call back but I never did. I also had a massage before that experience, and it was good, but overall I wish the staff understood the importance of boundaries when making small talk or interacting with customers.
