As a regular business traveler, our company staff & I typically stay at the Sandman hotels due to the great hospitality. Thanks to Jessy the GM for looking out for us during our weekend stay in downtown Vancouver. We had issues with the room and front desk service but Jessy accommodated us to made our anniversary get away special.
