Went to the ACityDiscount for the last time today....

Went to the ACityDiscount for the last time today. Asked where were the buggies and I guy just pointed and said over by ???. I couldn't understand him. Went to the counter to check out and the person at the counter had no personality or customer service skills. Didn't say a word just started checking me out and then walked away. New guy came up and he also had no customer service skills....he just finished the transaction. Too many other places to shop.
