They love to charge for everything, the mailbox key the residents have to pay $35 to get it when you are renting from them. USPS even said is ridiculous cause you not buying you renting. Every renting property have to give the residents the mailbox key. You call them to fix something and they come and don't fixed very good or they make you believe that they fixed..I moved her with my mother and there's a lot thing to be fixed here even the window screens and I took pictures of everything the same week that moved in and being 3 months and nothing yet. Paint , screens, window doors ,stains, water pressure, water key fromo outside and moch more and they haven't fixed. But of course you late one day in rent they charge you higher fees and right away. . The community is nice ,quiete and lovely. Neighbor are the very butrespectfull and nice..maintenance ois horrible. . They have to do a lot change. They need to have a rent mailbox dropped for residents that comes out of work after 5pm and drop their payment or on holidays when they are close like Thanksgiving weekend that they didn't open but we could go and drop the money orders off in that dropped box if they put it.
